  • Oversee and ensure the quality of all Analytics activities, insights, and deliverables across several key clients, including:
    • Business and customer objectives and KPIs
    • Implementation, tagging, and reporting requirements
    • Monthly reports and ad hoc requests
    • Findability audits, analysis and recommendations
    • A/B testing recommendations and analysis
  • Evangelize the value of Analytics, internally and with clients, working with other members of the Analytics team to document and socialize Client’s analytics capabilities and methodologies
  • Work closely with Client Partners and Program Directors to quote, scope, and plan analytics and optimization activities within given project parameters: client requirements, technical constraints, as well as budgets and schedules
  • Support the Strategy team with defining actionable research questions, click/path analysis, and participation in user testing activities
  • Lead and mentor fellow analysts and developers
  • Explore and experiment with new analytics platforms and optimization tools
  • Constantly pursue new opportunities to improve the quality of client’s analytics offering, methodology, toolset and deliverables

Technical Abilities: 

  • Strong statistical knowledge and ability to merge data from multiple sources and formats into data acceptable for analysis
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience implementing, customizing, and generating reports through a variety of web analytics platforms e.g. Omniture, Google Analytics, Coremetrics
  • Experience with enterprise search platforms (e.g. Endeca, Google Search Appliance) and A/B testing platforms,(e.g. Monetate)
  • Basic experience with Web coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash)
  • Experience or familiarity with SEO and SEM

Key Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of experience in a hands-on and consulting Analytics role
  • A university degree in Computer Science, or a Master’s degree in a social science, preferably with research experience
  • Previous experience in an agency or entrepreneurial environment
  • Previous experience working closely with business stakeholders, designers and developers
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities with strict deliverable dates
  • Superior analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to present strategic POVs and options with confidence and conviction
